At Eastbay, Dr. Goossens teaches on the MSc in International Finance programme and leads a research group within the CGES investigating post-sanction economic recovery models. Professor Ionescu is an internationally acclaimed researcher in machine learning and natural language processing. He was recruited from the University of Bucharest to lead Eastbay’s Institute for Digital Futures and Applied AI (IDFAI). His work on deep learning models for low-resource languages has been transformative.
